FOX Coil Over Shock....

I got a set of fox coil over shocks whitch are for the coil over conversion for a ranger with the suoer lift kit on it.. how much oil to i run in them and how much psi do you guy recomened???

I believe you need 200psi, not sure on the amount of oil.
