Helper Spring ?'s

I went by an Auto Zone near me today and was walkin around a few mins and saw these helper springs. Im not sure if they would do what I want them to do for me. I dont want my truck sagging as much when I am towing the trailer and stuff and I would also like to have a little bit of a lift out of the AAL.
Anyone know anything about these?
(Sorry for the one crappy pic)

If they're the two piece type, then they have a tendency to move under use.
