helper springs on 01 edge

hi guys, I'm bouncing around ideas to beef up the back end of my 2wd 01 edge. I am wondering if anyone is running helper springs on their truck. whats the best ones to get and how much do they really help. thanks in advance.

What kind of beefing up are you looking to do? Lift the rear end? Haul more weight? Tow?

What type of helper spring are you looking at? Added to the leaf pack?

before My truck was given to me. My dad put helper springs on it and used it for construction for 4 years almost, He hauled like 600+lbs I think all the time. Im not sure what ones are best, But on mine, it lifted the back of the truck a inch or two, And without wieght in it, It'll ride like a sherman tank. The ones we had could also be adjusted.
