so i just put a new leaf spring hanger on but when i go to bolt the shackle to the new hanger it doesn't line up. The shackle is sitting almost horizontal and on the other side it is almost vertical. How do i get it to rotate up so it is vertical like the other side??

 

do you mean after the shackle is bolted to the hanger its doing this?

 

push? stock shackles are one piece. you got a pic? the shackle will rotate
