leveling help

i have a 1995 ford ranger ext cab with 285 75 17s 4 inch suspension lift on it and it sags in the front and i want it to sit level or higher in the front. i think a leveling kit would work but could i get springs off a different kind of truck that are a little bit longer maybe or is there a way to stretch the coils that are on it. please help.

maybe those are sagged. buy some new ones. i think i read somewhere (but i'm not sure if or where) that older f150 ones fit but you might have to make the bucket a little bigger. please wait for others to chime in. i'm not a pro and don't want you messing up your truck.
