Needing some identifying

My truck started popping around the left wheel. I'm almost certain I found out what it is but no idea what it's called or what is needed to fix it. I'm not to well mechanically inclined but usual can do something if I have the info. As you can tell from the pics my driver side is not secured all the way. Any help would be great! Thx

Welcome to the forum

Should include Year of the Ranger with question

Large part is the front stabilizer bar, aka Sway bar

Google: "year" ford ranger front stabilizer bar links

That should get you what you need to see, the center part with flared ends is reused

RonD is correct, you are missing the rubber bushings on the sway bar links. I would replace the bushings on both sides.

That's great! Did it solve the popping sound?

Yes it did, and my truck feels tighter too. We just went through a very abnormal cold snap here and I think it finished off the bushings. Both the bottom nuts snapped off with little effort so they needed to be changed.
