One wheel really bad camber?

I've got one wheel on my 97 ranger that the camber is visibly bad on, its feathering the tiring really bad. I did the brakes about 2 months ago and replaced one of the two wheel bearings but i inspected and repacked the other so they should be fine. No wheel bearing noise either. What else would cause this, when i jack the truck up doesnt seem to be any play in/out or up down on the tire/rim. Its tearing my tire up fast and i cant replace the tire unless i fix it any help is greatly appreciated!

Alignment. Most likely you will need camber bushings.

is it coil sprung? if it is, it could be a saggy spring.
