No need to adjust your bumpers. This is going to lift your suspension... not the body.

Once you get this done, make sure you get an alignment! Or you will wear out your tires within a few days/weeks.

Are you talking aftermarket torsion keys? Or just adjusting the bolt?

DO NOT buy torsion keys...they do nothing but harm on a ranger....on other applications they do well, like chevy's, but for a ranger, they are nothing but trouble down the road...

What do bumpers have to do with suspension??

Just crank your existing bars and torsion keys and you'll be fine(FREE!!). I rocked maxed bars for more than 3 years with no issues, other than at 75k i needed new ball joints, but that's usually when they need swapped out anyway.

Do not follow this persons advice. Many members have seen their tires wear out prematurely after cranking their torsion bars... and we all know new tires for our trucks are not super cheap.

After i cranked mine i got my alignment checked and i was way out of the specs.
its worth the $60 for the alignment
