Been thinkin bout goin full width too (MAYBE) if it wasnt that big of deal on a daily driven vehicle, just was unsure about it. The reason its got me thinkin is bc the waggy will be slightly wider than the exploder rear right? So ill have to run like spacers and **** on the rear for the stance to match? Is this a big deal? Spacers just seem like a waste and potentially dangerous problem. Gonna run a leaf sprung suspension also with 37-38in tires. The truck is a daily driver also but runs through some mud holes while huntin that requires 4 LO and other than that i mud it occasionally. Just in collection mode right now so im up for suggestions... DEFINITELY goin SAS though...THANKS
you would need spacers no matter what unless you get custom shafts for the rear like Jey. Otherwise you will have a six bolt front and 5 rear. you can get 5 to 6 adapters from adapt-it but they pull a premium. I would get 5x5.5 ford hubs up front and just some 5x4.5 to 5x5.5 adapters for the rear. they are stronger and you'd be out even with the front. if you get quality adapters they will last. If seen plenty of trail trucks with them, just make sure they are hub centric to the wheels you use

if you really want to run those axles anyways

If you are going coils or coilovers (which I believe you stated you didn't want to do because of cost) you don't need to worry about the cast wedges.

They only time they will really cause problems is with leaves. Not sure if that has been stated yet or not (I admit I haven't fully read through all 3 pages).
