new uca's balljoints, shocks, to preceed my BL install and 35" mtz's

Thats mint man I think I will replace my ball joints and shocks next summer just for ***** and giggles, oh and do the Body lift while I'm at it . Sweet man truck should be even better after.

well i figured after 16k miles im due lol... ive heard freezing the lower balljoints lets them slide right in. any truth to that?

Nice! I have the same shocks and love them, about time for a new set though, mine are getting worn...

16k an youre already replacing all that! Damn, I hope my balljoints and shocks last longer than that...

dunno, i just put the little ball joint press on it and crank down on it.. then start whacking the ball joint with a big *** hammer and punch and it normally pops right out..


chassis work isn't the glamor side.. it normally involves a big hammer

and about the ball joints if you cool them down metal shrinks when cold but it has to stay cold or it will expand. Just use a press and you'll be as good as gold.
