Wanting new Shocks

I am wanting to pick up some aftermarket shocks for the truck.

my price ranger is about 300 bucks for all 4....

anyone have any suggestions?

also, i am going to be lifting the truck next year after i save up enough for the lift kit.

I would lift first then get shocks to match to make sure they will be longer enough. Are you doin body lift or what?

I'm going Rancho RS9000x at some point before I die...that's the same time frame all my mods are on so...

im doing a RCD 5" Suspension Lift. I just found out they come with new shocks now, so im not gonna change out the shocks. Just going to use the ones the lift comes with.

i am so againsed body lifts....

what size tires you gonna run with the RCD? you know you will have to change out the rotors with the RCD.

i have KYB shocks and if my plans go as "planned" you can have mine. i wont need them in a month or so. the fronts are like new and the backs have a few more miles on them but still good. and come with lifetime warranty.

i know i like the kybs

the shop i just called on the coast, just got finished doing a 04 Ranger with the RCD lift, he is sending me about 30 pics of it.

cant wait!!

*looks at credit card* you poor poor piece of plastic.

gonna run the 32's untill time to change.

then gonna go with 33x12.50

and ya, the guy at RCD told me about the roters. Im waiting for ford to call me back.

if my plans go as "planned" you can have mine.

33s will be kinda small

ya just pay shipping and there yours, ill let ya know when my project is done. man i cant wait, ill be running 35s

Change rotors with an RCD? What do you have to change down to a 10.25"?

yea in March 2003 they made the rotors larger. you need to have he 10.25 rotors.
