Mine's an 07 with stock 15x7's and 12"rotors. That sounds like something somebody trying to sell some 16" wheels would say to get you to buy em.

I could not run my 15" Explorer rims on my Ranger after new brake pads. Rubbed the caliper bad, that was with 12" rotors. But worked fine once the pads wore down some.

                  why are people stupid?

You can have blue in some places if your a volunteer firefighter or first responder. Red is for important people but there's nothing against blue for the most part.

Yeah in SC it's illegal to have any blue lights in a POV. But some states it's illegal to have red lights. All depends on what the police run. The bar behind my grill is actually a Knight Rider LED bar. Works pretty good with my whole setup.

In Georgia you can't have red or blue.
