Bullitt wheel advice

Wanting to do Bullitt wheels on my 02 Ranger. I'm wanting to do 18x9front/18x10 rears. I've seen the threads talking about spacers/machining, etc. Will I be able to get away with spacers with 18x9's on a lowered truck? If not anyone have a photo of how much they machined away to make them clear? We machined the wheels on a buddy's Nissan Hardbody with a router and it was pretty easy stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
