Hi guys, today really sucked. I got home and I inspected my wheels and it was apparent that they sent me the wrong wheels, they were the wrong offset, I called the manager, he told me he would call me back tomorrow and tell me when the wheels ready do be shipped with the CORRECT OFFSET, and he said he would ship them 2 day delivery, and pick up the set I have now. I am starting to get the feeling that I am just not ment to mod my truck. Its been a very bad day.

I wish I was, it feels like I havn't had a good thing happen to me for a long time. I thought things were turning around, maybe not.

for all the **** that youve been given, you should call up foose and demand that he ohverhaul your truck. keep the chin up man. it will all work out.

Hi mike, well the company told me the wheels and tires were there, mounted and balenced last thursday, insted of using DHL, or UPS, they TELL ME that they used a shipping company and they are on there way. HOWEVER, they don't have a website so I can track them or anything, GRRRRRRRRRR. considering how long the FIRST set took to get to me, I have two more days to wait, IF for some reason I don't have my wheels by no later than monday afternoon, I have already contacted the parent company of witch they are a dealer, and have already written in depth latter of EVERYTHING I have gone through including the documentation of every date, and it's only an E-Mail away to the home office. and then let the chips fly and see what happens. I also have a letter written to Chip Foose Int.'s home office to see that will get a responce as well. As well as the BBB, of which they are a member.

IF NOTHING else, I have the first set of wheels and tires, I can have them dismounted, the tires are exactly what I wanted, and I know for a fact, the wheels I have are made for a 2005/2006 Mustang. SOMEONE, I hope, would want them and at a great price if it comes to that.

 

send that email right now, even if you get them within two days it doesn't change the fact that someone is trying to stick their finger up your bum and hoping you don't notice. when you screw up an order you make up for it by overnighting the correct productwith a trusted company

well the SAGA continues BUT this happened yesterday. I finally called the MAKER oif teh wheels, MTH, THEY called the shop because THEY are the wheels diustributor. I called the shop I baught them from a little while later to see what happened, when I got them on the phone the guy was IRRATE!! and I don't care since they have been screwing me around. NOW, I called the Wheel Maker again and told them what they said, They told me that they have a warehouse within about 75 miles of my house and he called the manager at that warehouse and put me on the line and told him to make it happen, and said WILL DO. I can have the wheels and tires DISMOUNTED and I can take the wheels to them and THEY will exchange them and they have what I want/need IN STOCK. Not to mention, they don't usually exchange wheels after they have been mounted BUT in my case they will make an exception. Then all I haveto do is get my NEW wheels andtires mounted and ballenced. I am getting the wheels and tires dismounted and exchanged TOMMORROW and have the new stuff mounted and balanenced Saturday.

and the most important part of that is its NOT the train that I see!! LOL

 

haha. hopefully not after all of this man.

 

certainly not, I will have my wheels and tires on my truck TOMORROW!!, I will be posting up some pics with a GREAT BIG smile on my face, thats for sure.
