Hardly any companies make tires for 14 inch rims now a days. You really should go up to a 15 inch rim, your options will then be increased a hundred-fold.

I dont see a profile pic but... you will be able to fit a 15 in rim just fine on a stock ranger. Most ranger's come with either 15's or 16's. All you have to worry about it is your tire size.

I had a set of 27x8.5R14 BFGoodrich All Terrain tires on my '89 Ranger.
They were a fine set of tires.

Yeah, just imagine a set of 27" Swamps!
I bet it'd take about 3seconds to dig that 7.5 axle down to the dirt!

i had some basic firestone tires on my 92 ranger with the 14 inch rims... not sure if thats what you were looking for or not
