Wheel Spacers (Adapters) on a 2019

Just picked up my brand new Ranger yesterday and I want to put 1.5" wheel spacers on it to get rid of the mushroom effect.

With all the crappy information online, I'm hoping someone has already done this project and can point me in the right direction.

Which ones to buy? Guessing I'll need new lug nuts too? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wheel Adapters, Wheel Spacers, Hub Rings for your car! | Motorsport Tech

I used 1” Stahl hub centric steel wheel adapters on our 99 Ranger project. They’re the strongest on the market. They make spacers for your needs. Just make sure they are hub centric for added support. Without, all the vehicle weight ride on the wheel studs...

So I ended up getting 1.5's off Amazon. Here's the link:
Amazon Amazon

Everyone on Amazon is an idiot, so I did the math myself with the bolt pattern, stud size and pitch, and center bore. That's why you'll see it's actually a Toyota spacer. They don't even list Ford.

I tried 1", 1.5", 2", and 3". Thank you free Amazon returns. The 1" looked no different than stock, much. And the 2's and 3's looked stupid.

Oh and you can use the supplied nuts to hold the spacer on the truck, with the nicer Ford ones on the outside, like usual.

My ranger is a fleet vehicle I was given by my job. So I wasn't going to spend hundreds on mods. These are nice and cheap and get the job done.

I put about 5000 miles on them so far with no complaints. THIS is how these trucks SHOULD have been built. I'll post a pic tmrw. Dark out now.

Those aren’t hub centric but if you’re east on them and check torque you should be ok.
