Major Tune-up

I bought my truck about 4 months ago and the previous owner said he had never changed anything on the truck except for the Oil and filter. My theory is even though the truck may not need it, Its good just to replace all this stuff now because who knows when it was changed last. And that was I have one solid date of when it was all changed last.

So I have planned a Major tune up for my 2004 2.3 4cyl

Change oil
Oil Filter
Spark Plugs
New wires
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Brake pads and shoes
Screamin Demon Pack
Oxygen sensor

Check all fluids:
Oil(Duh)
Wiper
Anti Freeze
Brake
Steering

I'm gonna get an alignment because my Steering wheel turns slightly to the right.

In the past week I Bought a duralast gold battery, and New Wiper Blades

So my question is am I missing any thing? Do I need to worry about adjusting the clutch(it manual)? Or checking the timing, or the PCV. And do they even make a coil pack for and 04 4cyl

I think your clutch is still hydraulic so no need to adjust. There is a old saying, if its not broke then dont fix it. After everything on your main list you should be GREAT!

Be sure to get a can of CRC air flow sensor cleaner and clean the MAF. My mileage went up when I did this, I also switched to Mobil 1 syn blend.

Mass airflow sensor, you will find it in the big hose coming out of the air filter box, just take the hose loose and spray the stuff like the directions say, dont touch it with anything.Easy and the can of stuff ,CRC mass air flow cleaner, was 6 bux at autozone.

Might want to clean your throttle body as well. Also check your rear diff fluid, if you have a limited slip consider changing the fluid.

Where did you get your spark plugs wires? How much?

Make sure you check the hydralic fuild's level for the clutch.
