Truck wouldnt roll today
Alright, well i cranked it up this morning, took the parking brake off, put it in 1st and was ready to roll, when it wouldnt. I took it up to like 2k rpms, wouldnt roll. Got out to make sure nothin was in the way. Nothin was there. Finally took it to about 3k rpms and it kinda popped and started moving. What happened you think? It worked fine after that. The day before i was at the beach and got stuck in some deep sand. But i went back to where i was staying and hosed the under side of the truck really good. What do you think this was?

Rust in the parking brake system. The drum shoe basically rusts to the drum itself. I had a lot of this problem and it wound up getting really bad. Whenever it'd be wet the drum would stick and I'd have to give it a lot of gas.
Check this thread for pictures of what happened to mine and others problems.

I had this happen to me the other day. I hadn't cleaned very good after mudding a while back. I drove through some VERY heavy rain last Monday. When I went to move the truck that Friday, same thing you described. My dad and I essentially just rocked the truck back and forth (from front to back) for about 10 minutes. I got in, cranked it, hit the gas, and it finally broke loose. I took it in to the shop, and they took the drums apart. They said there was enough water and dirt in there that it had corroded to the point that the emergency brake got stuck. They gave everything a good cleaning and lubing, and I haven't had a problem since!
