New 07 Ranger 3.0
I just got this as my daily driver. 2007 3.0 Auto Ext Cab . Is it worth puttin some things on it to increase the mileage a little bit or squeeze out a little more power ? If so, what mods(and brands) did you guys use ? The guys on Ford Truck world werent real responsive so I thought I'd try here. Thanks.
