Check engine light after getting gas

Check engine light after getting gas
Hey guys. I've had a Check engine light pop after i've been getting gas lately.
The codes are P0171 and P0174 which is O2 bank 1 and 2 running to lean. The trouble shooter in my scanner said something about a dirty fuel filter (which is 6 months old), some dirty injectors or something along the lines of bad gas.
So i tossed some seafoam into my tank to see if maybe it just needed some of that to clean up the injectors and what not. but has anyone else had these codes pop up before? how did you fix them?

I get Gas several times a week. I can shut it off and it will come one again at what seems like a random time when i get gas.
The only time i can get it to shut off is if i do it with my scanner.

Sounds like the canister vent solenoid is stuck open. When it goes into evap venting and the vapor management valve opens, it is sucking fresh air in...inducing the lean codes. Or it could be something unrelated like a dirty MAF, low fuel pressure, intake gasket leak, or the fuel filter you replaced.

A "system flush" will do nothing if you have lean codes. Spray carb clean on vacuum lines and intake mating surfaces while it idles to see if the idle changes. If it does, you have a leak in that spot. If no leaks can be found, clean the MAF, check the air filter and disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. Your gas mileage will drop due to the winter additves so keep that in mind

I know it doesn't need a flush, I just add the lucas oil every 6-8 months regularly anyways, for some reason i believe its good for your engine.
I'll check vacuum lines and clean the MAF this weekend. It got a new Air filter about 6 months ago.

I'm gonna bump this because its doing it again.
So far here's what i've checked.
Fuel Pressure regulator on the rail
Fuel Lines
Fuel Filter.
Vent tube.
Looked for an Exhaust hole.
EVAP canister.
I've looked at every tooltip in the Snap-On trouble shooter. the only thing i have left to do is replace the damn fuel pump.
Troubleshooter also says to check for PCV leaks or Vacuum leaks, but there is no change in idle, leading me to believe if there is a broken hose its not affecting it.
Nobody else had these codes before?

I've not sprayed the throttle body, but i did do all the Vacuum lines i could see and the PCV valve.
Do you know what Fuel pressure is supposed to be at KOEO? I checked it a while ago but i didn't know what it was supposed to be exactly. It seems to bleed off ~5-8 pounds if you leave the key on for a second. which was leading me to believe that the fuel pump has maybe a tear in the inner line that brings gas up.

I had that code late this fall, turned out to be the intake gaskets being bad, had my mechanic friend change them as well the valve cover gaskets since the intake would be off and they were leaking as well. Right now I am waiting for 3 new o2 sensors since ine of the is dying and I feel that it is better to replace all just like spark plugs. When my CEL light popped on for the original problem, the truck was running fine yet but the mileage was dropping off.
