Engine idling rough.

New to the forum here. Long time lover of the ranger. Recently hit +200k on the truck and decided to do an engine swap. Replaced the engine wit the same engine but with less mileage. Currently running but it ideals rough.
I currently have no errors codes. I have attached a short video showing the rough idle and engine shake. any help would be nice.

What engine and what year is it

What year is the Ranger?

Check spark plug wires at coil pak
They are setup in Matched Pairs
[3 4]
[2 6]
[1 5]

people see the 1 2 3 side and often do 4 5 6 on the other side which causes misfires

Then pull all the spark plugs and do a compression test(cold engine) to rule out mechanical issue first, otherwise you will be chasing your tail with spark or fuel issues
Used engines are a roll of the dice, even if warrantied, and "tested"
You need to do your own test for compression
Expected with 4.0l SOHC engine is 165+ PSI on both banks, the SOHC can lose compression on one bank because of timing chain issue

Once a compression issue is ruled out you can move on to spark or fuel issues, otherwise you will just be wasting time and money if it is a compression issue
