Starts but won't stay running

I have a 1995 ranger that starts but as soon as it drops down to idle speed the engine dies, other wise I have to keep my foot on the gas. I have tried cleaning the IAC, the throttle body, and I changed the fuel filter. I am stumped as to what else this could be, especially since it started doing this out of no where. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yea, it fires right up but if I don't keep my foot on the gas then it'll die. How do I go about checking the fuel pressure?

There should be a pressure relief valve under the hood on the fuel system. It will look like a valve stem on a tire. for quick bursts ive used tire gauges to read pressure. not the best but it gets it close enough to have an idea what its at
