Power steering leak

Last month my 97 ranger started squeaking when making sharp turns checked ps fluid and it was near empty. Filled with new fluid and all was well until yesterday noise came back and no fluid in the box. What should my next coarse of action be? Thanks Dave

yea

Yea I did find a leak there is an electrical node that goes into the PS lines by way of some sort of compression nut thats where the leak is. tried tightening to no avail. maybe a two wrench deal, possible a bad gasket?

your truck has well over 150k...just go ahead and replace all of the lines...save yourself a lot of headaches

^^That makes no sense, spending money when it's not needed. So it leaks where the Powersteering Pressure switch is? Is it at the switch or at the union.

Can't really tell. Are there any graphics I can look at. The fluid is getting on the switch.

If the line is leaking itself, go here RockAuto Auto Parts search for part number 360530...should be a gates hose with port for pressure switch. $23.79
