Winch mount question

I know a few people are running this winch plate.

w/o the body lift it'll work with the stock bumper right? how about the valence?

as long as his tow hooks stick out of the valance now it should be ok. i am prettty sure my mount like that would fit without a body lift. the winch might be touching the bumper but itl work
