Canopy fitment/interchange

So I was pondering about a canopy for my track (2009, ext. cab) and faltered when I found out new ones are like $1700 here.

So I thought about getting a used one, and it dawned on me that the box size might have changed over the years.

Anyone know what years would fit my truck? I would imagine the box size got a little bigger over time.

It should only depend on if you have a stepside bed or one of the rare longbeds which were 7ft.

Well, I have a 6' box, so I'd say it's pretty standard. Thanks for the replies.

yea, from 93 to present should fit with no problems. the only time there would be an issue is length of the box, flareside or fleetside and the mazda/stx bed. the quarters on the mazda are different but i'm not sure if the inside dimensions are different.

I just scored one for $80. Course the paint doesn't match, but who cares.

If I get bored enough maybe I'll paint it to match this summer.

Protip: Don't put canopies on in the dark. I did it in a back alley with no light. Got home and was like "Holy *bleep* is it crooked!" lol

I picked up a canopy off a 88 Mazda pickup and it fit perfectly on my 99. Just painted it black and was good to go.
