Interior leaking, still...
Ok, I had a really really bad leak on my passengers side floor up front and tried a few things to fix it. Finally got it to stop with some flowable silicone in the corner of the windshield. That was a few months ago and its been good since then. Then like a week ago it rained for like 24hrs straight and I had a wet carpet in the morning. Also it only happens when the truck is on a slant with the front higher then the back, like my driveway.
Today me and my friend tried to find out the cause of it and found it is dripping down the firewall. The foam seal for the AC was pretty wet too, not sure if it's coming from there or if its just wet because it's in the path of the water. I took the heater fan out of the box to see if it was the drain in there which I read on here could be the cause, and it looked like it wasn't clogged. Then I was messing around with pouring water in the cowl and it looks like it's only draining out of the drivers side, not the passengers side. Is there any way I can check the drain without taking off the fender? Anything else you think could be causing the leak? I just put new carpet in the truck, I don't want to ruin it lol.

Pull the plastic panels, carpet, seats and have someone outside with the garden hose and you inside with a flash light and start looking.. had to do this to many times sadly...
"plastic" floor like what the rubber floor it still has Jute underneath it and it soaks up the water still and whats worse with Rubber floor is when water gets under it the floor doesnt breathe so it never dies out.. so ya you could forget out about it and pay the problems later..

Thats why when you wash your floor with a low pressure hose you go behind it with a shopvac.

Thats what we did, well just pulled back the carpet but same thing. It's coming from too high up, you can't directly see where.
