engine swap

I have a 2001 2wd extended cab 2 door with a 3.0 v6, i would like to change to a 4.0 sohc or a 5.0 which is more feasible? i will have a auto. Help

the 4.0 i think its a bolt in, the 5.0 takes a little modding i think.. but dont quote me on that, hopefully someone with a 5.0 will chime in.
