doing an oil change

My 2008 Ranger, 3.0L, 2WD, Sport calls for 5w-20, which I've always used. I just changed the oil, and realized after all was done, that I used 10w-30 by mistake. Shook my head a few times, couldn't believe I made the mistake.
Anyway, I am wondering if it's ok to leave 10w-30 in it?

thanks all

Considering you're in Canada, with the thicker oil, on cold morning starts,
I'd definitely pre-crank (gas pedal to floor) engine for a few seconds before starting,
to pre-lube critical parts.
