Moe wheelin - now with pics
I have some warn premiums hopefully waiting for me at 4wp, got my limit straps, got spare D44 and 9" shafts..
Its been raining since early thursday.. We're going on tight trails, rocks and what used to be loose dirt..
teaserrrrrr
here's the album

and DAMN!
I've never wheeled that park with my truck, but i've rode a few times and it just turns into a slippery fun fest when it rains that much, the posi rear was KILLING ME! the first hill climb i was beating it pretty hard in 2nd trying to get up that ledge but no go :( I almost had it once we had already stared unspooling the winch as you can see
to this day, no one's made it up the right line, only the "easy" left side which is now all rutted out and looks like a massive biach.
and for those of you wondering about my down travel with the straps.. this is about all I've got.. BUT i didn't break the t-case so they worked
10 psi
15 psi
ebrake cable carnage
My buddy was like "Go this way"
i said "no, that looks like the easy way, i want the fun way!"
then a few seconds later "BANG!"
...about to break the axle
the front driver tire was in front of the rock its on when i broke it
..well sh*t
then i found out you can't turn much when all that ****s broken in there.
"well there's your problem"
BUT, that didn't stop me.. my buddy who was supposed to be there when we got there.. got there about a minute after i had the axle torn down waiting on the new shaft he had taken out of a 44 of his. got it all put back together and kept goin, finally got to use the rock lights.. I also had an issue with the truck running real hot, maybe its the lack of fan shroud .. time for an e-fan.
they didn't really get any pics of me, but this is what i had just gone through.
weeee
did i say winch fest? he made it the farthest of all 3 of us.. that climb threw us all kinda sideways with limited winching options.
no more pics :(
she dropped my camera we later found out and it got ran over.. you could see the bighorn tracks in the dirt/mud and there were a few prints on the camera... it works
"what was that?"
"meh, probably the diff cover"
sure enough.. it took a few beatings today.
"this doesn't seem too bad"
"uhmmm yeaaaa"
"time to go"
last time i was out there, that hole was completely dry..

Dang Matt... That place looks real fun. I'm really liking your truck. Looks great. It's very hard to tell how hard things are in pics but if I aired down to like 4psi, do you think my yota would even have a chance at making it up that right side? Just trying to compare. I have no idea how hard it is in person. Great pics though!

Today we went up a few trails again and it was a little easier.. I made it up everything today, we had to strap the ZJ up a ledge, then we went back at the end of the day and tried again... anddd he stripped some teeth off the pinion gear but up until that point he was giving it HELL, i had no idea an open D30 on 33s with a V8 would take so much abuse..
Oh yea.. my front end got like 2 or 3 feet of air, i was looking at the sky for a split second hah
