Does anyone know if the turbo exhaust manifold from the older turbo'd 2.3s (t-bird, stang, merkur, etc.) will fit on my 1997 ranger 2.3? I'm having trouble finding a turbo manifold for my ranger and thought that maybe I could just buy an aftermarket manifold built for the older 2.3l. Also, do the older turbo'd 2.3s have 8 spark plugs like mine? Any good info on computers and ignition is also needed. Thanks everyone!

Yes, all the 2.3l Lima engine parts are for the most part interchangeable, although head exhaust ports may have different shape
No, they had 4 spark plugs
