Ok so I have a 1999 Ranger with a 2.5. My exhaust manifold when removed to swap the engine, has the bolts broke off and for some reason completely seized inside the manifold (the 2 lower bolts to the cat) Same goes with the 02 sensor, it won't budge. I have searched high and low all over the internet for a replacement bc frankly I'm tired of burning up drill bits trying to removed these. Is there anyone on here that has a good manifold or know where I could find one?

1998-2000 2.5l Rangers or Mazda B2500 used the same exhaust manifolds as 1999

 

Did you manage to figure this one out? I’m currently in the same boat, I had to change my cat, broke the bolts and those suckers can’t be welded out, drilled, or worked from the bolt end. The manifold is basically useless and there aren’t any 2.5l trucks for parts in 100 mile radius of me at the moment.
