Oil capacity of 07 B2300 2.3L

Changed the oil in it and only about 2-3 L came out and only about 2 to 3 L went in. Is this normal because it seems pretty small.

2.3l DOHC shows 4 Quarts for engine oil

1 quart = 0.94 liter

Then that's extremely weird that it only takes half of that.

maybe it has the wrong dipstick?
