Hello! I have a 2002 ford ranger 3.0v6, 5spd, 2wd. I was backing up, and stalled and ever since then I have very poor acceleration, until around 2500 rpms. It vibrates hard and makes a shuttering sort of noise. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

 

Do you have an OBD-2 reader? They can be had for not much, my Innova 5210 OBD-2 cost me about $100.
Your information gives us nothing to go on. Get a reader, or have it done by a mechanic, and repost.

Check MAF and possibly you might have caused a misfire somehow.
