Hello I have a metal noise when i press on my truck and it goes up and down its a 2002 ford ranger 2wd with 225k miles my phone was sitting on the tire and the noise seemed to come from behind the tire.

Nothing seems "loose" But rather some metal on metal noise like a shot bushing or something. I'm not sure. The video was taken while my phone was sitting on the tire.
I have ramps i can get the truck on. And I was bouncing it up and down and my phone was sitting on the front left tire.
