1.7 roller rockers

Hey guys I have some questions, I'm getting a set of brand new roller rocker next week and wanted to pick you brains a little. My truck has 192 on it and still runs great, I am getting the rockers that used to be sold by underdog performance which are the adjustable ones. Should I go and replace the springs for them since I have such high miles? Also has anyone had a problem with them? While I'm in there doing them I am replacing my water pump also and figures if I have the valve covers off should I go ahead and do my head gaskets and buy all new head bolts. I'm capable of doing the work, and as of now i don't have any head gasket related problems or low compression. I just want to see how long I can make this motor last. Also how hard is it to adjust the rockers to the correct position. Thanks again guys.
