2.9 wont run

Hey Guys I need a little help with my 86 2.9 I am getting fuel and spark but I cant get it to run. It will fire up on ether run like crap then die. Are there any sensors that would keep it from running?

Guess I should add that I was driving it when this started it started cutting out and then just died on me and i had to have it towed home

do you have a check engine light by any chance?

no i dont think it works. i just tried something that may help. i unplugged the tps and map and it ran. i plugged the tps in and it started surging a little and when i plugged in the map it died
