Most of those codes are because of ur underlying problem

it just told you the problem

your air intake temp sensor is bad and is giving inaccurate reading causing your fuel air mixture to be off

Intake air temp sensor is built into ur mass air flow sensor. look up the MAF sensor on auto zone or whatever part store you want for your trucks year and model and replace it I recommend foing original equipment for inportant sensors like that I had to replace that exact one on my truck. It’s two screws and one wire connecter it would prob take you 5 mins. The sensors just arnt super cheap is the only annoying thing. Don’t buy the cheapest one you can find i recommend going OEM

When it says sensor circuit input high it means the sensor is giving an incorrect input because it’s faulty and the computer knows it’s bad so it’s telling you. Basically self diagnosis

So I’m looking at your codes there again because I was running errands when you first sent it and you also have a code for ur IAC valve which could explain some of your poor idle

It says circuit fault so it could be poor connection just double check the wiring harness if you unplugged it and didn’t plug it back correctly, but let’s focus on one thing at a time

You also have a egr on your truck so I would def send pics of your engine bay again so we can locate it and make sure the vacuum lines are all good

Can't you scroll back up to see them or you need closer ones?

I havnt seen an EGR in any of the picture so I assumed you didn’t have one like me but then I saw that code. I don’t see an egr valve in any of the pictures. We can worry about it later especially since it’s a pending code. I would prioritize maf sensor, do you know where it is?

I think that is a great start to fixing all your codes, I know it looks like a lot but sometimes one problem can look like a bunch of smaller problems and it can be overwhelming but I think your on your way to a smooth running truck that you fixed without paying a mechanic

There’s no doubt ur air intake temp is bad. Your computer uses this input to calculate how much fuel to add and if that input is incorrect then you won’t be adding the correct amount of fuel.

im interested to see what codes remain after you replace the maf sense especially the IAC code.

If you don’t have a vacuum leak it will fix your lean codes. As air intake temp sensors can slowly go bad before the computer knows you will start to slowly run lean if it is saying the air is hotter than it should. The computer has to know what temp the air coming into the engine so it can calculate it’s mass. The computer knows your engine is a 3.0L but more/less air can occupy 3.0L of space depending on its temp so in order to know it’s mass it has to know it’s density through measuring the temperature. The computer calculates the mass of air coming into the engine to know how much mass of fuel to add.

So if your computer thinks that the air coming into the engine is hotter than it actually is then your engine will run lean. This is because hotter air expands and occupies more space so less air mass can fit into the same size (3.0L).

Now it’s hard to say what’s causing the misfire because you do also have a IAC valve code which could be causing it or maybe the pending EGR code or of course your MAF(which has the air temp sens built in). All of these could even be teaming up together to make your engine run double worse and as you fix each one it will run slightly better and better.

You can try unplugging it and see what happens. The valves themselves can go bad. In some cases they do just get really dirty.

could be bad wire, connection, ground

the EGR code intrigues me because a stuck open valve would very likely give you vacuum leak symptoms it’s the same thing just pirate air. Except you can’t see the valve so it’s hard to know until you check

It doesn’t run any better?

Its hard to say because I don’t have ur truck in front of me, try to confirm it gets better when you give the engine gas

bring the RPM up to about 2000 and see if both your fuel trims get better just watch what both short and long term do and report back. That way we can see if it really is a vacuum leak and we can me trying to find it.
