Welcome to the forum
No, it will work fine
Just use your Flywheel to replace the flexplate on the auto 3.0l engine
Also use your block plate, thats the thin metal piece between bell housing and block, they are different between autos and manuals
Always replace rear main seal on the engine when its out and flywheel is off, its cheap, and hard to get to if it leaks

Thanks, I am an old Hot-Rodder, but I do mean old. 1970's and 80's. Worked as the chief engineer on a funny car, built a couple of Pro-gas cars. Even drove some dirt track. Those days were pre-computer. I figured I better ask somebody that has done this. Once you could swap within engine series but those days are gone.
