Clutch pedal stuck up

So I replaced the oil pan gasket and put the transmission back into place after lining it up, and using the cross member to help jack the transmission back into place, I went to take it for a test drive, and my clutch pedal is stuck in up position, I don’t know if the high pressure line for the clutch is supposed to be all the way in, I’ve googled and YouTubed for that specific part of the transmission, if the pressure line supposed to be in all the way please let me know.

Welcome to the forum

The clutch hose from Master to slave has a Valve at the transmission end of the hose, so all the fluid won't run out when its unplugged from the slave
If the hose is not coupled to the slave all the way then the Valve will stay closed, so you can't push the pedal down, no where for fluid to go

So your hose in not fully connected to the slave
