on cold starts my 93 3.0 4x4 has a rough idle after a few seconds of starting and lasts 5 to 15 seconds and cant figure out why i have done plugs wires coil cap and rotor new air filter and cleaned the MAF and throttle body any suggestions

 

The back of the throttle plate needs some cleaning! Small amounts of carbon builds up on the face causing it not to seat properly during start up.

 

could be a bad throttle pos. sensor and if so how do you test it
