Engine Hesitates what can I do?

seems like there are alot of us with a hesitation problem heh. You can try some injector/fuel system cleaner and see if it helps out. If not start with the electrical, plugs, wires, coil. and then move onto to seeing if its a fuel related problem. bad injectors , pump or pressure regulator.

I always thought a 3.0 hesitating around a V8 was a normal reaction.
Have you been feeding it properly ? I know my 3.0 doesn't like to digest certain brands of gas. You may want to change the fuel filter if you haven't already.
How's its heart pumping ? What kind of pressure are you getting at the fuel rail ?
Manual or automatic transmission ? If an auto , When was the tranny fluid last changed and did they replace the filter also ? Nothing like an auto that says 'Huh ?' when you put the power to it.
Have you had the OBD codes read ? That would be a great start. Just because there is no CEL doesn't mean no codes are stored.Get them pulled and post them here.
