Alright boys i have a 2001 3.0 auto with 180k . whem im getting on the highway at fast acceleration the motor will start bucking like as if its misfiring or wont shift untill i let off throttle a bit. Also does it when under load around 70mph . in the last 6 months iv changed air filter, plugs, wires, cleaned map, throttle body, and iac vavle. I also run seafoam in the tank every now and then. Iv been reading forums with people that have similer problem and lots say "change cam pos censor" but befor i throw parts at it i want input please.
I have Not checked fuel filter but it only does it under load. And no engine lights

Yes, change fuel filter, $15, dirty filter only effects operation when you are under load, not enough fuel can pass thru the dirty filter
Get the codes read, WRITE THEM DOWN
There will be codes, they don't always turn on the CEL(check engine light)
Cam sensor issue would for sure set codes

Alright update, took it to my local shop and there are no codes at all, nothing stored either. Also forgot to mention that the rpm bounce from 3-4000 when the truck starts "bucking" on the highway
