I have a 98 Ranger with the 3.0l V6. I recently changed the spark plugs, the coil, and the plug wires. I also put in a new fuel filter, as well and new shocks, rotors, and brakes. The problem I have is that the truck still has a hard time starting all the time. I have to tap the gas to keep it from dying on me. It also idles rough all the time, and shakes when I give it a little gas. The shaking is brief though, and the rest of my ride is fairly smooth. The truck just sounds bad as it idles too. Not to metion my gas mileage is getting worse.

I also have a few other problems, my heater quit working just the other day. The air still blows fine but it never warms up it actually stays cold. I was told it may be my heater control valve. Just looking for some imput.
