What have you checked besides getting the codes? You need to start with some basics, check for spark, check for fuel and check for vacuum leaks. Once completed this will help lead you down the right path
Welcome to the forum
Ignore P0171 and P1150 and 1152
Those are most likely being caused by the misfires, P030X, codes
O2 sensors only "sees" oxygen, not gasoline
A misfire means no Oxygen was burned in the engine so it is dumped into the exhaust and there is too much oxygen in the exhaust so O2s can work well, and too much oxygen in exhaust is Lean code.
Make sure coil pack firing order is correct, one side is different
3 4
2 6
1 5
front
or
1 5
2 6
3 4
front
Depends on coil
But the 5 6 4 or 4 6 5 side does get mixed up
And all your misfires are on the bank
P0171 and P0175 are contradictory so recheck that, it can happen if you done clear codes and new codes are added to old ones when doing engine work
Late 2003 3.0l could be in the 2004-2006 TSB about Ranger 3.0l engines getting recessed valve seats
Have to do compression test on all 6 cylinders, all spark plugs removed for the test.
Bad valve seat will cause lower compression in that cylinder
3.0l should run about 160psi
