possible fuel injectors
found the screw and looked right and accidentally turned it the wrong way. But when i screwed the right way the idle didn't seem to change until i turned it counter clockwise a lot i readjusted it back to normal rpm.
drove 20 miles then decided to look at LTFT, LTFT 1 was 7.72% and other was 3.12% press on accelerator LTFT goes down to 3.52% and 1.17%. I have a small vaccum leak and idk where...

Alright well im gonna try to replace the power steering pulley again tomorrow (its hard) heres a video of the some play in ac compressor pulley. And the power steering.

Not sure why you are replacing the power steering "pulley"?
The bearings are inside the pump part, if thats the part that was vibrating then changing the pulley won't help
Did you check all the other bearings?
alternator, water pump, fan clutch, idler, tensioner
AC clutch?

oh well damn i was about to replace the power steering pully. The pully has end play as seen in the vid. So thats the whole pump not the pulley? Also everything feels good. Did you see ac compressor play in the video? AC compressor pulley was first. then power steering pump
What you were touching on the A/C compressor was the clutch part. It engages when it's turned on. The pulley is where you see the grooves, it should turn freely and not grind, rattle, etc. Your P/S pump appears to have significant play in it. The thing you found on the A/C line is just a bracket to to hold the line that someone failed to refasten.
AS Grampa said up above regarding your AC Compressor and as I saw in your video, what you were pushing on on the AC is the clutch, that is normal and will only turn when the AC is on with the engine running. The pully with grooves just behind it on the AC is the free wheeling pully for the AC, so what you show for the AC in the Video is Normal. Now for the PS Pump Pulley you may need to replace the pump as the pulley rides on the pump's shaft and if there is play on the shaft any pulley attached to it will have the same end result.
Check ignition.
I just fixed an issue with my truck that had some of the same issues youre describing. Before pulling your fuel injectors, maybe check for cracks on your ignition coil. Perhaps your misfires are not bad enough to throw a code.
I took my truck to a shop and the guy said it looks like its just what i have. Meaning its normal. The engine vibration. But he said he would more tomorrow to see if he finds anything else. But 10-11 mpg seems low for my taste
Let's assume engine vibration was normal. What would we look for low mpg? I used to get 250 miles to a tank 3-4 months ago and now I get 180. Idk what happened

With my 2003 XL regular cab, long bed with a shell, 3.0L with 259K miles, well maintained (a bit tired) I get on freeway drives between 19 to 21 MPG. City driving drops down to 15 to 17. Of course no burnouts or heavy footed acceleration keeping the RPMs either above 3500 RPM during hills or cruising at slightly above 2000 RPMs.
Something is not right, how many miles do you have on yours? I shared what I get with mine (forgot to mention its an automatic) so you have something to compare too. HTH
