rev limiter

i have a friend who has a 07 ranger sport with a rev limiter and he wants to know if he can do something to get it to be able to tack out in park or neutral

see in my 99 i can tach it all the way out and his rev limiter is at like 3500rpm

Mine did the same thing and when i bought my tuner that took it off

i can redline mine way past 6.. in park, nuetral, anything. no rev limiter at all... its got me out of some serious trouble tooo... haha

well you have a manual tranny he has a auto so is there anyway to do it besides getting a power programmer
