Because:
I modified a set of 1.72's for my 3.0L in 2000 for testing.
After 10,000 miles and 5 installs, I found a better way to do that and have been marketing/distributing them since 2003.
To date I've installed over a dozen sets.

i used the kit that boss on rps put together for my 1.7 rocker upgrade. he includes detailed instructions on setting the valve lash. not even an issue!

LMAO YOUR Fred!! read about you in a few posts! Good to meet you. Those are the exact rockers I was looking at getting! Before I can order them though, I have a misfire on my #4 cylinder that I need to diagnose. Please check out my other post about this and HELP!! lol
Now Im not so sure if I have stuck lifter or a valve problem. How can you tell what that ticking noise is coming from, lifter or valve???
