Truck makes skirting sound when I make sharp turns

02 Ford Ranger 3.0V 4x4

I have diagnosed the other issue, and figured I’d try and tackle another I’ve had going on. Anytime I’m driving and make a sharp turn I hear a skirting sound as if the wheels are sliding. I replaced the entire front brake system and the inner tie rod several months ago. Honestly sounds like it’s an outer tie rod or ball joint issue. Another thing I’ve never seen before running into years of working on cars. Haven’t had anytime to mess with it at work, but driving from work to drill one weekend a month it’s gonna **** me off lol. Was seeing if any of ya’ll know what it could be. Next week I plan on redoing the entire front end as well as some other small things that need to be done. Let me know if ya’ll have any ideas.

Stock wheels and tires size?

If not look for rubbing marks on fender or frame

I’m running 33/12.50/r15. They rub a little bit up front only because I’m just running a 3 inch body lift. I plan on getting a 1.5 inch leveling kit and hoping that levels it out. It only started doing it recently that’s what’s weird.
