What exactly do underdrive pullies do?

 

They drive your accessories at a slower rate compared to your OEM pulleys. There is a Crankshaft pully as well and its a smaller one. You will gain some in HP and I think for the price its not a bad setup. Just be sure to buy good ones and not the knock off ones.
