Wipers and washer pump don’t work, NOT the multifunction switch

Already tried swapping the multifunction switch, wipers and washer pump still don’t work. Replaced the washer pump itself, original wiper motor as far as I know. Hear a clicking under dash when I try to turn the wipers on, same with the washer fluid pump. Checked the fuses. Any ideas what to do next? I really don’t want to start checking wires

I have a 94 ranger 3.0 had the same problem and replaced the ignition switch on the top at back of steering Colum, will have to drop steering Colum to get to it,when you turn the key it moves a bar on top of colum to ingage switch so that power goes to wipers. Hope this helps.
